Cancellation Policy: Please note that the final registration deadline is June 25, 2012. This includes cancellation requests, which must be made in writing, and sent via email or fax to 303-604-1693.
All requests for refunds received prior to June 25, will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee, with the remaining amount issued to the participant after the conference. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 25th.

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credit will be provided by the University of Colorado College of Nursing Office of Lifelong Learning.
