This introductory 3 day program offers transformation experiential caring science theory and content for nurses, clinicians and the systems they work within.

HCP is intended for all frontline staff, nurse and non-nurse personnel, assistant managers/managers & leaders.
This program is intentionally designed for participants in all clinical healthcare disciplines to fully enculturate and sustain human caring science/theory into concrete professional clinical day to day caring-healing practices, so powerfully demonstrated by the most positive feedback shared from the last two WCSI HCPs with Kaiser Permanente in Sept & Dec 2010 with two more in March & April, 2011.
