Susan Skeie brings 19 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, including nearly seven years at Kaiser Permanente Roseville, the busiest baby hospital in Northern California, delivering the equivalent of a kindergarten class each day. She is passionate about welcoming newborns into the world and supporting patients and staff through the ever-changing landscape of healthcare.
Susan’s leadership philosophy is captured in her motto: “Lead from the Heart and Serve with Purpose”. Grounded in Caritas Principles, she emphasizes mindful, intentional care for patients, teams, and herself.
