North and South together in more humane care

Sponsored by The Ministry of Health of Chile

November 20 – 23, 2017 | Santiago, Chile

OVERVIEW

[Translated] This International Congress is the beginning of collaborative work between universities, health centers, hospitals and companies with the Watson Caring Science Institute. Its purpose is to create a place or space for reflection and socialization around the philosophy and transpersonal caring theory of Jean Watson.

Latin America joins in an initiative to promote nursing care as centralized in philosophy and transpersonal theory of Jean Watson, a way of strengthening and promoting practices, pre- and postgraduate curricula and research in Caring Science.

This unique program is open to 400 nurses, teachers, and students engaged in human care.

We invite you to visit Chile in the magnificent springtime, where you can deepen reflectively on the basis of human caring in a nursing vision that unites globally.
