Nurse/Patient Communication is one of the key factors affecting nurse/patient satisfaction and the patient’s experience of care by the nurse.
This 60 minute webinar will teach high level heart centered communication skills that can be used to effect positive feelings and outcomes in self and others. We will demonstrate the process using a real life challenge from a participant. And discuss briefly how to use email communication to bring more caring and compassion in this widely used communication domain.
