Cancellation & Refund Policy

Events

  • Event registration transfers are acceptable up to 24 hours before the event.
  • Special circumstances will be considered at the Board’s discretion

Program Registration

  • 100% refund (less a $50 processing fee) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the event/course.
  • 50% refund available (less a $50 processing fee) up to 10 days before the event/course.
  • Event registration transfers are acceptable up to 24 hours before the event.
  • Special circumstances will be considered at the Board’s discretion

Caritas Leader/Coach Education Program (CLP/CCEP)

  • If a participant decides within the first 3 weeks of the program, they are unable to complete the program within the 6-month time frame of their assigned Class, the participant will be granted a one-time 6-month extension and complete with the next Class. Upon return to CLP/CCEP, a fee of $250.00 will be due. If the participant does not successfully complete the program within that 6-month timeframe extension, the participant will be required to reapply and pay program fees again and begin anew.
  • If a participant decides after the first 3 weeks of the program, they are unable to complete the Program within the 6-month time frame of their assigned Class, the participant will then need to reapply and pay program fees again and begin anew.

Caring Store Products

  • 100% refund for unused, non-damaged products (excluding shipping charges) returned within 30 days of order date.
  • Customer responsible for return shipping.
  • Product exchanges for damaged or faulty products within 30 days of order date.
