Cancellation & Refund Policy

Events & Program Registration

• 100% refund (less a $50 processing fee) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the event.
• 50% refund available (less a $50 processing fee) up to 10 days before the event.
• Event registration transfers are acceptable up to 24 hours before the event.

Caring Store products

• 100% refund for unused, non-damaged products (excluding shipping charges) returned within 30 days of order date.
• Customer responsible for return shipping.
• Product exchanges for damaged or faulty products within 30 days of order date.
