With over 15 years of nursing experience, Adrianne is a dedicated and compassionate nurse leader specializing in quality and process improvement, team building, and mentorship. She currently serves as a Quality Nurse Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where she champions initiatives that foster excellence in patient care and staff engagement.
Adrianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of San Francisco. As a certified Caritas Coach and HeartMath Trainer, she integrates the principles of Caring Science into her leadership practice, promoting loving, healing environments for both patients and healthcare teams.
Outside of her professional role, she finds joy in traveling, connecting with nature, and spending quality time with her two children.
