Diana Zhen-Davis, MSN, RN, PHN, CCRN, NEA-BC, serves as the Magnet Program Director at Kaiser Permanente San Leandro Medical Center. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Clinical Nurse Leader concentration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San José State University. Diana graduated from the first cohort of KP’s Caritas Coach Education Program.
With a clinical foundation in telemetry and critical care nursing, Diana has specialized expertise in neuromedicine and neurosurgery. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to nursing excellence and professional governance through leadership roles including Assistant Patient Care Manager for the Inpatient Clinical Trials Department, Interim Shared Leadership Program Coordinator, Chair of the Coordinating Council, and Chair of the Research & Innovation Council.
Since 2017, Diana has been actively engaged in professional nursing leadership organizations. She served as President of the Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL) Greater San Francisco Chapter from 2022 to 2025 and currently serves as Immediate Past President. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Diana values time with her husband, son, and beloved husky mix, Ollie.
