Since completing CCEP, Glory has been a passionate advocate for integration of Caring Science into professional development, and clinical practice. She has facilitated 12 Nurse Residency Cohorts introducing Caring Science during onboarding and laying the foundation for compassionate, relationship-centered care. She further advanced this work by incorporating Caring Science into annual staff skills training, expanding its reach to more than 400 staff members annually. Glory has been instrumental in the successful completion of Caring Science education series for Professional Governance Council, and nursing leadership. These efforts have strengthened organizational commitment to evidence-based caring practices and increased nurses’ interest in championing Caritas values, advancing evidence-based practice, supporting shared governance, and driving continuous improvement.
As a dedicated champion of nursing scholarship and clinical inquiry, Glory currently serves as an advisor to the Evidence-Based Practice Council and has contributed to several Caring Science-related well-being research studies. She actively supports research dissemination, mentors nurses in scholarly endeavors, and is instrumental in expanding Healing Circles to foster professional growth and well-being across the organization.
Glory began her nursing career in Nigeria before joining the New England Berkshire Healthcare System in 2001 and later relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area. With more than 25 years of nursing practice in the States, she is recognized for her collaborative leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to service.
