I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in the Philippines and later obtained my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Phoenix.
My passion for Caring Science and its integration into nursing practice deepened after completing the Caritas Coach Education Program. The principles of the Caritas Processes have become the foundation of my professional philosophy, inspiring me to intentionally integrate caring, compassion, and authentic human connections into my daily interactions with colleagues, students, patients, and community. I strive to create a learning environment that promotes growth, empathy, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to the art and science of nursing.
