•Tera serves as a trusted advisor, strategist, advocate, and co-creator to affect cultural and systemic change.
•She leads complex change, within multidisciplinary and inter-entity stakeholder community, to build organizational capabilities & leadership capacity to embed evidence-based neuroscience, Caring Science, trauma informed, equitable and inclusive practices into system and operations.
•Among her proud achievements, Tera co-created Kaiser Permanente’s (KP) inaugural Women in Leadership program resulting in ~750 extraordinary alumni community. She also co-created a culturally inclusive leadership development program in partnership with LatinaVIDA to advance women of color and underrepresented talent.
•Previous KP roles include facilitative leadership roles such as Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Executive Consultant /Chief of Staff, Project / Program Manager, and Sales and Account Management.
•Prior to KP, Tera worked on Wall Street notably managing Goldman Sachs’ global technology training program, taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in Taiwan and Venezuela. She also led deluxe tour groups to 19 countries across 5 continents as an International Travel Director.
Tera has earned numerous professional certifications as an agile leader and voracious learner:

– Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Art in French Language and Marketing.
– Tera is an Asian Pacific American Women’s Leadership Institute Fellow and serves as coach and advisor.
•Tera was recognized as Kaiser Permanente Industry Leader by PBWC for her holistic, inclusive and integrated talent systems.
•Tera is active in her community as an Advisor to the Asian Pacific Fund serving 100+ affiliates throughout Northern California. She is also a fierce advocate and community leader to develop culturally and linguistically trained [mental] health professionals.
•Tera is a proud Mama to thriving daughters, Izzy and Sage plus loving cat, Lucy Sunshine! Together, they enjoy new experiences locally and around the world.
