Cristi-Lynn Martin began her career with Kaiser Permanente in the Emergency Room (ER) and Radiology Department. Over her 30-year career with KP, Cristi-Lynn (CL) has provided combined management, project/program management, analyst, and business management experience in leading, developing, and managing multiple complexes, multi-faceted projects, departments, and personnel simultaneously at local, regional, and community-wide levels. Cristi-Lynn has had many roles within KP, and one of her many accomplishments was being part of the Phase I and Phase II GO Live of Epic (electronic medical record). Cristi-Lynn continues to use her years of experience in providing supervision, support, coaching, training, and development throughout her career, always with a smile.
Cristi-Lynn is a Caritas Coach and is actively in the HeartMath Program to be a HeartMath Trainer graduate in 2025.
Cristi-Lynn’s legacy is her family. She has two boys and her husband of 34 years. The saying in her family is “One Queen & 3 Kings,” and she wouldn’t have it any different. Cristi-Lynn loves walking, swimming, spinning, motorcycle riding, hiking, kayaking, or just being active in the sun!
Cristi-Lynn’s personal philosophy is centered around compassionate care which she brings to her work with the KP-Caritas Coach Education Program, HeartMath Program, Healing Circles Program and Caring Science Programs.
She has many initiatives but loves working with the KP-Scholars Caring Science Program and Team, where she continues to make a positive impact.
Looking ahead, Cristi-Lynn aims to her commitment to excellence in healthcare and coaching.
