Lisa Giusto, is a Beryl certified patient experience professional and currently serving as the Care Experience Leader at Vallejo Medical Center where she is responsible for patient satisfaction for the hospital. Lisa leads several staff engagement programs at Vallejo M.C. and serves as the hospital lead for Vallejo’s Schwartz Rounds program. Lisa is also the regional care experience lead for NCAL Perioperative Services.
Prior to this, Lisa spent 8 years in KP’s National Program Office where she was responsible for National Service Quality’s curriculum development, coaching, and training and was a requested keynote speaker.
Lisa has been with Kaiser Permanente since October of 2005 and is a certified Caritas Coach, HeartMath® trainer, and Reiki II. In this capacity, Lisa has been furthering Jean Watson’s nursing theory at Kaiser Permanente since 2016 where she is the executive lead for the Vallejo Caring Council and one of the facilitators for KP’s Caring Science Academy.
In her free time, Lisa loves to cook, read, and spend quality time with family (including her Doberman).
