Sasha has been a nurse from 2006. She has worked in many aspects of inpatient, outpatient nursing, the safety department as well as school nursing. Currently, Sasha serves as a school nurse consultant to schools and childcares in the metro Denver area.
Sasha became a Caritas Coach®, learning the methods of Jean Watson in real life application, and helping the nurses on the unit staying present with medication administration in 2008.
Sasha uses Caritas and HeartMath techniques at work, but also at home.
She is wife, mother, daughter and recognizes all of these things are wonderful assets and also provide plenty of opportunities to practice stress management techniques she’s learned through her training of Caritas and HeartMath.
