I am a nurse motivator, practice inspirer, nursing education consultant, change agent and clinical nurse specialist. I became a Caritas Coach in 2017 and certified HeartMath Trainer in 2019. I graduated from the top pharmacy school in Bangkok, Thailand and worked as a pharmacist for almost a year, then I had an opportunity to be a flight attendant with Thai Airways International Company and provided services to first class passengers. During working with the airline, I also went back to get an MBA degree and started my own restaurant business with over 34 restaurants in Bangkok and 1 restaurant in London. I have traveled around the world to see a diversity of people and many countries. I moved to San Francisco in 2003 and obtained the Master of Nursing Science Degree with Clinical Nurse Specialist certification in Acute Care from San Francisco State University in 2008. My first nursing job as a medical-surgical and telemetry nurse was at Kaiser Foundation Hospital at Oakland right after graduation, and in 2009, I was trained in CVICU. I have learned that as a member of my family and the community, we are human and we need to take care of each other. I love to help people when they are sick with my pharmacy knowledge and service-mind. I feel very fulfilled when I see people around me and people who I have a chance to meet are happy and healthy. I wholeheartedly believe that the Human Caring Science Theory and the 10 Caritas Processes® are the best language and guidance for our nurses to use in daily practice to maintain the humanity and human dignity when they are in need of care.
