Hello! My name is Sarah Jayne (SJ). I was born and raised in Minnesota, but beautiful Northern Colorado has been my home for the last 5 years. I was certified as a RYT200 yoga teacher shortly after arriving, and have taught yoga for the past 5 years, focusing on hatha-style classes and restorative/yin yoga. I weave slow, intentional movement into every flow sequence to challenge and engage the mind as much as the body.
